Smile-A-Mile’s mission is to provide hope, healing of the spirit and love for the whole family during the childhood cancer journey. Through year-round meaningful and educational programming, Smile-A-Mile helps those in Alabama who are affected by childhood cancer. They serve families with the motto, "We Fight With You," this ensures no family will fight this disease alone.

• Hospital Outreach Programs that takes activites to children and families at Children's of Alabama.
• Camps and Retreats are offered to children and their families.
• Smile-A-Mile created a scholarship program in 1999 and since then, they have provided more than $1,000,000 in scholarships.
